For the new year & new term at the shop, we’ve created a fun & interesting range of learning opportunities for all levels of crocheters & knitters as well as beginner spinners & machine sock makers.
There are guided project classes, classes with pre-determined projects to learn & practice specific techniques, and workshops that focus on techniques only. You’ll find classes in sock knitting, garments, blocking, crochet and knit stuffies, and everything from beginner level to advanced. For those who prefer one on one learning, we offer this at the shop as well.
There will be several KALs throughout the term, starting with a sweater workshop + KAL on January 4. The workshop will give you an overview of the Belleoram pullover construction & cover steeking techniques. Designed by Jennifer Beale, Belleoram is an interesting knit that fits beautifully. If you would like to join the KAL knitting a different pattern with a steek, all are welcome. We’ll host the KAL in our Ravelry group page from January - February. We hope you’ll join us & start the new year with this fun & engaging project.
With a full range of classes, workshops and demonstrations to choose from, we’re sure you’ll be able to find a learning opportunity to meet your current interest. And, a class that’s sure to help you through beginner to advance level patterns.
