Come meet hand-dyers Heather & Erin during their pop-up sale at our shop on Sunday, August 18 from 12 noon to 5 pm. Heather is from Mountain View County & Erin, from just outside Rocky Mountain House. They will have lovely yarn options but also “Bits & Bobs”, including real fur pom poms. Don’t miss the colour, texture & excitement!
The shop has a special physical space where you can consider yarn and other items that have been discounted. In preparation for our annual inventory taking at the end of August, every Friday during the coming month, additional items will be marked on sale. You can also sit in your favourite spot at home and peruse the sale items via our online shop, which is accessible here via our website homepage. Enjoy your shopping!
New #lys #houserules that came about via our recent Sunday morning discussion about #diversityandinclusion in our #fibrearts #community ♥️ It was a good discussion. It was a fruitful discussion. It is an important discussion that will continue. We thank @queerflex gym for their rules, which gave inspiration to our own.
We support @hi.ravelry for their decision to make their site a safer, more inclusive space for all. @thefibrenook continues to be committed to supporting & growing a diverse & inclusive fibre community, within our shop & beyond.
