Shipping policy

We charge a flat rate of $20 per order.

$135.00 and Up = Free delivery in Canada & Continental USA.

Items shipped within Canada are sent Expedited Parcel with tracking and up to $100 insurance. Sales tax is applied according to the shipping address within Canada.

Items shipped to USA and international addresses are not trackable or insured. There are no Canadian sales taxes applied to USA/international orders though they may be subject to customs/duty fees upon receipt.

Shipping times are estimates only. We cannot offer refunds or credits for delivery delays, as these are beyond our control.

USA/international orders are usually shipped by surface mail. Canada Post gives a 1 to 3 month delivery estimate for delivery when surface mail is used. 

Returns

Unused items in sellable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Receipts must be included. Return postage will not be refunded.

We cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items and printed material.

Skeins that have been wound into cakes/balls (different from original condition) are not eligible for return.
