Refund policy

Unused items in sellable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt must be presented.

We cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items or printed material (e.g., patterns).

Skeins that have been wound into cakes/balls (different from original condition) are not eligible for return.
