DESCRIPTION
This class will cover knitting in the round, joining yarn ensuring that it is not twisted, making decreases & practice in pattern reading. Participants will knit the Barley Hat from TinCanKnits.
We are grateful to TinCanKnits for the use of their free patterns & related photo imagery.
Sundays, March 2 & 9, 1-3 pm
PREREQUISITE
Knit Basics or equivalent. Ability to cast on & cast off, basic garter & stocking stitch.

MATERIALS
Please print off the Barley Hat pattern by Tin Can Knits
70-170 yds of worsted weight yarn, depending on size
4 mm DPNs or 16" Circular Needle
5 mm DPNs or 16" Circular Needle
Stitch markers
IMPORTANT NOTE 1
Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies for the class.
Should supplies be required & bought in shop, a 10% discount will be applied to a one time purchase only, before or on the first day of class. Customers showing their TFN tote bag will receive an additional 5% discount.
Staff will confirm the class registration details at time of discounted supplies purchase.
